This instrument is the Migration Legislation Amendment (Arrangements for Child Visa Applications) Instrument 2026.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
This instrument is made under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994.
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1 Schedule 1 (table column 4)
In column 4, repeal ‘GPO Box 241 Port Melbourne Vic 3008 Australia’, substitute “GPO Box 241 Melbourne Vic 3001 Australia”.

Insert:
9 Application of amendments made by LIN 26/100
The amendments made by Schedule 1 to the Migration Legislation Amendment (Arrangements for Child Visa Applications) Instrument 2026 apply in relation to an application for a visa made on or after the commencement of LIN 26/100.
